I’ve been a patient of Dentist Stevens for years. Through out the years since I have been a patient, they have been aware that I have been dealing with a disease called Vertigo. When I get the episodes (mostly unpredictable as to when), they are so bad, that it impedes me from walking straight and much less allows me to drive. Sometimes because of it, sometimes I have to cancel an appointment on short notice. This week I had an appointment for Monday 17th of November. On that day unfortunately I woke up with a severe episode of Vertigo. I called to postpone my appointment and was totally disrespected by the receptionist named Sheri. She was extremely rude and cocky. She stated that she will not waive the $50 fee the next time I cancel, regardless of Vertigo condition. She claims I have canceled in the past and she will not waive longer tolerate this. I started to explain to her my condition, and I did not appreciate her tone and aggressiveness she had towards me. She stated That she was not going to argue with me. I asked to speak to the dentist, Dr. Stevens, and she hung the phone up on me very rudely. I called her immediately and she refused to answer the phone. In fact, I called two times and she did not answer the phone. She has a horrible attitude and she belongs nowhere near Customer Service. She is a horrible person. Through me , Dentist Stevens has been fortunate enough to attend my daughters, and my wife, other than myself. It’s obvious she has no respect for Dr Stevens customers. As of this day, even though I requested to speak with the dentist., No one has called me from the office. Hopefully Dr. Stevens, who I believe is a gentleman in a great Perhaps has no knowledge of the person she has working for her. I believe I’m just one of many, but perhaps many stay silent. I choose not to.. I will consider taking my business and my family to another dentist as long as this sherry lady still works here. She is extremely rude and talks to people like she’s God’s gifts to this earth. She is Definitely on a power trip over the people. Not nice. People in that position that she has she’ll learn to be Humble and Respectful to Dr. Stevens patients. Not nice.

This was my first visit to Dr Stevens, and it was a pleasure to meet him and his staff. He carefully evaluated my condition and offered his opinions. He seems to be a trustworthy compassionate doctor and I have determined that myself and my wife will be patients of his at Stevens Family Dentistry
